RECIPE IDEA, FOOD AND WINE PAIRING
Escalopes of veal in cream sauce
For 4 people
4 veal cutlets
200ml of thick cream
1 can of mushroom of Paris
You can enjoy this dish at the restaurant Les 3 Châteaux à Ribeauvillé.
Brown the cutlets with the butter.
Season with salt and pepper and add the cream and mix.
Add the mushrooms and parsley.
Cook for a few minutes.
