RECIPE IDEA, FOOD AND WINE PAIRING

Apéritif avec une tarte flambée
- 1kg Flour type 45
10g fresh baker’s yeast
50cl of water
50g of extra-fine butter or churn
5g of salt
1kg 40% white cheese
250g thick fresh cream 30%
500g of onions
500g smoked bacon sliced or bacon

Spread the onions and bacon on the filling.
Cook the flambé tart for 8-9 minutes in a 250 ° oven.
